7 Things You Should Know About Wikis (Jul 2005)--Educause, a nonprofit association whose mission is to advance higher education by promoting the intelligent use of information technology, publishes short, 2 page articles about many of the new tools. This one deals specifically with wikis, but if you click on "Home" from this article you'll see a list of all the topics they've covered.

Here is a short (10 minute) video I'm thinking about using. It explains nicely about how the environment around school has changed and suggests what we educators might do about it. It is a TED talk and Diana is a teacher. Here is the link:
